Silvie spends several months per year in Nong Khai, Thailand, offering Craniosacral Therapy and Intuitive Healing for visitors and people seeking a healing retreat from everyday life.
With more than two decades of experience, Silvie’s passion is to help people to identify and heal the root cause/s of their symptoms, in addition to helping with symptomatic relief. She offers individual healing treatments, as well as regular group events such as Flow Motion Dance and creative ‘art for wellbeing’ sessions.
Silvie also organises “Healing Retreat/Holiday” packages, in collaboration with her highly experienced yoga teachers and the local community. This can include some or all of the following: treatments, intensive yoga courses, astrology readings, health consultations, sightseeing trips, Thai cookery lessons and accommodation.

Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy focuses on a series of natural rhythmic motions (originating from the central nervous system), that are expressed throughout every part of the body. These motions are a precise indicator of our state of health and vitality. Whilst a healthy body will express free-flowing motion, unresolved injuries, tensions or trauma can be felt as ‘holding patterns’ and restrictions to healthy movement. In a calm and peaceful environment, Craniosacral Therapists use the gentle touch to ‘listen’ to these subtle rhythms and support the body to release any restrictions from within – gradually restoring relaxation, health and vitality.
Pricing: 1,100 baht for 1.5 hours.
Craniosacral Therapy for Babies
Craniosacral Therapy is the perfect treatment for calming the nervous system, and soothing and relaxing distressed babies. The therapist uses gentle, non-invasive, touch to help identify any tensions and holding patterns stemming from birth trauma or early bumps, shocks or falls, and supports the baby to release these in a gentle way. Treatments can help babies suffering from colic/ digestive symptoms, sleep or feeding difficulties, learning and behavioural difficulties. Usually only 1-3 treatments are needed.
Pricing: 1,100 baht for 30-60 minute treatment.
Intuitive Healing
Intuitive Healing helps to rebalance the flow of vital energy in and around your body, in order to improve health, wellbeing and vitality. Treatments gently help to identify and release energy blockages caused by tension and stress, injury, surgery, unresolved emotional experiences, trauma or unhealthy thought patterns. Healing helps to identify and support the release of whatever a person is still ‘holding’ from the past, thus enabling them to live more fully in the present moment. Treatments may involve a combination of gentle touch, energy work (on or off the body) and/or massage, according to where the healing is needed.
