Distance Healing Options:

Intuitive Healing, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Reiki

I am an experienced intuitive healer, helping people to address and heal the root causes of physical / emotional tension and pain.

At the subtlest level, human beings are comprised of energy. Unresolved tension, stress, injury, surgery or trauma shows up as blockages in a person’s energy flow. The aim of energy work is to help the person to release these blockages and restore free-flowing energy throughout the system. Free flowing energy correlates with health and vitality. 

What conditions can I help:

Energy work can help with a wide variety of symptoms such as: back/neck/shoulder pain; headaches/migraines; digestive issues; ear/nose/throat/jaw symptoms; injury/whiplash; unresolved emotional issues/anxiety/depression; chronic fatigue syndrome, auto-immune disease and nervous system disorders.

The general benefits of energy healing include:

– helps release deep-seated holding patterns from injury, symptoms or trauma;

– deep, supported relaxation; 

– calms and regulates the nervous system;

– boosts immunity and helps speeds up the healing process;

– improves energy levels, health and wellbeing;

– greater self -understanding and awareness.   

Distance Healing options:

Intuitive Healing: The first session begins with a discussion via video/email to clarify what you would like help with. I then begin the treatment by tuning into your energy field/body using remote viewing/sensing and receive guidance as to where healing is needed. Sessions end with a ‘check-in’ email and feedback.       

Craniosacral Therapy: focuses primarily on a series of natural rhythm motions expressed throughout a person’s body. Unresolved symptoms, injury or emotional holding patterns show up as restrictions/imbalances in these rhythmic motions. In distance Craniosacral Therapy, we tune into these subtle motions using remote sensing to help release blockages and restore healthy motion. 

Reiki: a traditional method of energy healing, which involves the channelling of universal life-force energy into your energy field. This stimulates a natural process of rebalancing and revitalising the whole person, as physical/mental/emotional disharmonies are gently released along the way.
