Intuitive Healing
What is Intuitive Healing?
At the subtlest level, human beings are comprised of energy - as is everything in existence. Our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual state of being is all reflected in our energy field, since all parts of us are interconnected. Unresolved physical injuries, illness and mental/emotional imbalances show up as blockages or disruptions to the smooth flow of energy throughout our system.
Reiki
Reiki, meaning ‘universal energy’, is a form of energy healing, which helps to restore ease and balance to a person on all levels – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. At the subtlest level, everything in existence is comprised of energy, including human beings. When a person is generally relaxed, healthy and living in tune with nature, their energy field will remain strong, balanced and free-flowing. However, if they experience excessive external challenge (such as a severe accident or living in an excessively damp environment) or internal stress (such as unresolved emotional experiences), then corresponding parts of their energy field become disrupted, leading to blockage or deficiency.
Zen Shiatsu
Shiatsu, meaning ‘finger pressure’, involves the application of gentle palm, thumb and elbow pressure, stretches and manipulation to different parts of your body and energy channels (meridians) to help: Relax and realign the muscles, bones, joints and connective tissue;
Re-balance and re-vitalise the energy flow throughout your body;
Boost the circulation of blood and lymph flow;
Improve the functioning of your inner organs;
Relieve tension and stress;
Improve mental and emotional well-being.
